Apply updated templates for all jobs to improve overall job post attractiveness, consistency, inclusivity, and overall awareness. Turbohire is well suited for small companies where they do not have big data and not very big pipeline is made on daily basis. For basic needs it does a good task. Big companies which have huge data and needs to add heavy data everyday, Turbohire won't be effective for such companies. Such companies need reports on each and every big and minute things which is missing in this ATS.

  • While adding a resume in the ATS, very often the resume is not read and had to re do it. It sometimes ask to put the resume in a particular format which is annoying.
  • Turbohire is missing one major feature of detailed reports of the candidates. The weekly and monthly reports really helps in keeping a track on the pipeline and performance, which should be added.
  • Sometimes it won't show a candidate while searching from emailid or mobile number, which creates duplicity.

TurboHire is a well-growing market tool for hiring purposes. Very effective in hiring. Helpful features are provided to help the recruiter. We can easily track the recruitment process. Provides the best scheduling in an interview. Easy storing the data in a database. Can handle large data also. Great UI so that it can provide the best experience to use.

  • It's cost effective ATS to start with and to get shifted to an ATS from traditional methods of Excel or sheets.
  • Pretty simple to use, so the transition is really smooth and hassle free.
  • Overall Turbohire is having positive impact on ROI, advisable for small and medium sized companies.
