Likelihood to Recommend It is great and collecting information and keeping it all in one place. But once you go outside of their scope it requires a lot of outside programming that quickly adds up. It's hard to find a good, reliable developer for this software so once you do find one you hang on to them. We can track communication readership. We can engage with our fellow teammates through chats and recognition. We have a central location for all job-related links. We are just now delving into adding departmental pages so folks can communicate within their teams. I'm not sure of a scenario where OnSemble wouldn't be appropriate - if you have a company that needs to centralize communication, documentation, and share ideas, it's an excellent choice.

The training and the setup process are crucial to be able to use and maintain the portal, and we still sometimes have questions.

First, they have a great library of articles to help me study and guide for many of my questions. But when I cannot quite comprehend, or I "run into the wall", I can be assured that I'll be contacted quickly with a pleasant voice to work through whatever my question/issue may be. Read full review Alternatives Considered It is about right on par with the marketing stuff that
Salesforce had. If you want to use it for email marketing it's only good for very simply designed email campaigns. But the scheduling of these campaigns is pretty painless and does a very good job. It has combined many other software packages that we were using into one place which is nice, but if you need to go outside the box of how they have things set up it will cost you a lot to do some custom development.
