It is a highly recommended software, since it generates great contributions for attracting clients, data management is excellent, since it promotes efficiency among colleagues and clients, increases good content management, making us totally successful when it comes to launching a new advertising campaign, it is very easy to use, it has a fabulous and capable technical support team to answer any questions.

  • It provides robust solution for Document classification , securing documents, versioning of documents.
  • It supports storage of various document mime types which includes: MS office, images, videos etc.

  • Sweep system could be improved, custom policies should be able to schedule independently instead of subscribing it to default policies
  • Background searches are not so easy to use
  • Bulk actions do not show progress

      We selected IBM FileNet Content Manager because it is metadata centric product and very easy to use and manage it. Developing the taxonomy structure is really simple and straight forward. Client application like contant Navigator and workplaceXT are simple to use. Workflows designer is simple to use and moreover out of box integration with eforms.
