Likelihood to Recommend OneSpan Sign is suited to many professional business situations. It is well used by the legal, security and compliance teams as well as many people within the financial functions. A lot of businesses have become very agile, and require a paperless environment to working. There are some companies and businesses who would prefer paper documents to be signed, which would not work as well as the paperless versions. I would use it in many different scenarios where I would prefer to have a paperless transaction
Read full review Smartwaiver is well suited for activities where the client can check in before the activity and pre sign a waiver. This speeds the actual check in process and allows everyone to get out having fun instead of dealing with paperwork. If the activity is complex then the waiver is well suited to screen out candidates that do not meet the fitness level OR require them to get a doctor's note.
Read full review Pros One can set up a workflow in which one can specify the order in which signatures have to be done. Customer service is great and always ready to go the extra mile. Pricing is very transparent, and there are no hidden charges. Read full review integrates with our reservation system. We can connect Fareharbor and assign waivers to each group and they populate in the reservation. Smartwaiver collects each guests email address and populates it into our Fareharbor system allowing us to connect w/ each guest that joined us not just the guest who set up the reservation Waiver searching is very simple with Smartwaiver. We can search by name or email and the guests information pulls up for quick search. Read full review Cons Search capabilities can be improved by a great extent. We still can't search documents by name of the signatory Pricing seems a bit high when compared with other players in the market Data importing and exporting capabilities can be improved drastically Read full review Limit to some fields. Read full review Likelihood to Renew I don't see any reasons to change as their solution covers all my need for now. I could make even more integrations but that might be something that I will do down the road. I'm used to working with the interface and my data is all there as well.
Read full review Support Rating The product is so well designed and built that we rarely need to reach out to customer service. But we have reached out to them in case of downtime, and we have always gotten a satisfactory response. We never had to follow up, as customer service executives were very responsible.
Read full review Alternatives Considered My experience with OneSpan in the customer service has been very positive. However, since my experience with OneSpan is much more recent, most of my technical experience with OneSpan includes technical areas that were not available in other products at the time I was working with other products.
Read full review I've been approached by a couple other companies, the most recent would be Wherewolf. They reached out, but sadly they require only an ipad to use their system which isn't possible for us since we purchased simple tablets. They have a bit more complexity with utilizing the guest's information after the tour, but I think that's something Smartwaiver will move to eventually.
Read full review Return on Investment It has done what we got it for. It has made it much easier for our advisers to do business with clients in remote areas. It has significantly reduced the time that it used to take to open a new account.
