Very well suited to anyone seeking to grow their reputation through sourcing reviews. They have advanced automation features that many can take advantage of to automate the process too.

Great customer service. I talked to a few reps getting set up and they were friendly and easy to connect with. After signup I had a few questions and was able to get help quickly.

They are the best in the business. To describe how good, I wanted to develop a way to flip a switch in my CRM to have a request sent out, but then make sure that another request could not be sent out. They introduced me to and taught me how to use Zapier to achieve this requirement. This took a 2-hour support session. They are wonderful to work with!

RepuGen was, by far, easier to use and I got more responses with it compared to the other company.

Because I trust reviews from ReviewInc, I followed it. Also, there are many business partners and friends of mine who have recommended this to me. We in fact share the review links with each other from ReviewInc. The market recognizes ReviewInc comments and feedback so that's why I selectedIReviewInc against over others.
