There was this issue regarding the export to pdf for which I had to get back to them many times but every time I received a response and they were always very pleasant to communicate with making the overall experience very nice. They didn't have the solution at hand but they went out of their way to find and provide me with a workaround so that I could generate my reports on time.

I do remember a time when I needed to have information privacy for some users (I needed that the information seen by the user would be filtered by the user logged in), and given that at the time there wasn't an out of the box feature to do this, they did provide me a get around solution that solved my problem and afterwards they created a feature for this, this feature is now known as "Secure Hierarchy".

Yes - we had a very complex graph to create and support took it on to build and send a working version back to us - they even used our data to do this. This saved us an enourmous number of days of build to find a way to build this complex chart.

When we had a huge dimension for our customers. It became slow, the development team of Dundas got involved and after some calls they developed a solution for us that works well. We didn't need to change the dimension, Dundas helped us fix the issue.

Previous to presenting a dashboard at a very important meeting we had some issues due to licensing confusion. Support was able to contact our account rep while they were on vacation and get the information we needed to be able to continue with our presentation. Considering it was really due to user error on my part, I can't give enough thanks to them for helping us out when it counted.

When I needed to convert my Dundas Dashboard V5 scripts to JavaScript, the tech support team was exceptionally helpful. I had a list of specific questions about using the API, which I submitted ahead of time. They scheduled an hour call with me to go over my questions and make sure I was able to be successful very quickly. They even sent me an override file with some handy scripts to supplement my work.
