  • When Covid began, [Insync Healthcare Solutions] was able to provide us with a way to continue to see our clients by integrating Zoom. We switched from completely in-person to completely virtual appointments for 20+ providers in approximately 2 days.
  • We anticipated lower than normal incoming revenue during our initial transition from our previous software to [Insync Healthcare Solutions] and were surprised and excited to discover that it was just the opposite!

  • We love the ease of use, it really creates a smooth process between departments.
  • We have had some issues with the billing, but it is partially staffing and partially training- we are still working with our staff and our representative from Insync to fix these errors, so it is difficult to put the blame on Insync [Healthcare Solutions]. I believe some of it is user error.
  • The conflicting information we receive from Insync support has created a lot of issues in the billing department. I would like more consistency from their support team, as I have witnessed two people ask the same question, and get a completely different answer. Again, this could be a user error contributing to the confusion, but consistent responses would be helpful to solve the issues.

  • Customization of workflows has saved at a minimum of 2 FTE on data entry and about 40 hours a week of manpower
  • Patient Portal has allowed our practice to transition from paper to electronics, improving the time we receive the necessary paperwork to start visits.
  • Through the patient portal, has saved us from hiring an individual to just scan documents and attach them to the patient's chart.

  • With the patient portal, we can now complete patient intakes quicker, which results in patients starting services faster. In the end, this has resulted in increased productivity.
