Overall Satisfaction with Insync Healthcare Solutions
Primarily it is being used in our new (2019) outpatient mental health and substance abuse treatment clinic. The clinicians use it to document notes, the front desk uses the scheduler, we contract with InSync RCM and billing is done from the patient's charts. We also have residential substance use disorder programs and they are using it also but in much lower capacity. They are documenting notes and capturing demographic/insurance info but that's about it.
- emr support responds immediately
- generally user friendly for all
- reports are easily run
- the workflow for the clinicians seems cumbersome at times
- lags sometimes (and we've checked our connections)
- security
- integration of documentation and billing
- ease of finding patient information
- billing is a smooth process
- audits are easy/info is easily found and documented
- crucial for our outpatient end/volume of patients
- reporting and tracking for budgets and projections
Lightyears ahead of Meditech. Close match to eCincial which I enjoyed using. I've also used Credible which wasn't found above and thought it was terrible.
