I have tested out the AI tools a bit but have not had good results. They technically work but my own solutions have so far been much more elegant and understandable.
The MS Power Automate provides the feature of Copilot within the cloud flows. This allows the user to create flows which are quick and time effective with the usage of natural language expression.
The Copilot can answer the queries of user regarding the workflows and upon user request it can respond and make changes to the same.

Why we need Microsoft Power Automate
I haven't used it at this length so far and running basic scripts to get the mundane tasks. However this app has great potential and can do wonders if fully utilized.
It isn't where it should be, but I expect this to become very powerful in the coming years.

Work reduction with process automation with Microsoft Flow.
I have not yet used the existing AI resources in PowerPlatform, so far only the flow performance analysis has been interesting as it points out the average start-to-end execution times of each flow, and at which stage there were bottlenecks or longer processing times.The idea of using the Virtual Agent with some internal process flows is being studied and evaluated.

WE are now under consideration to try AI tools for image processing. Currently we have RPA tool UiPath but the extraction of texts from image processing which is not 100% accurate. We would like to explore soon Power Automate AI tools for better text extractions from image and PDF.

Oh yes. Certainly the solution where 5 or more examples are needed to get information out of a document is very helpfull and reduces a lot of time. Once use to this solution we were able to automate a number of flow more efficiently.
