Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Power Automate

As working within the RPA automation department. The Microsoft Power Automate is one of the RPA tool we use in our project just to reduce the human intervention within the repetitive process giving best solutions to save both time and cost. In our project it have offered us to create many automated workflows within the Office 365 application

The implementation of Microsoft Power Automate is easy as it comes with the Office 356 app. There is no pre installation of software, you just need the web browser and 365 license to create the workflows. The additional applications require installations incase they are being used within the automated workflows. We can easily automate other MS apps like Teams, outlook, forms etc
The MS Power Automate provides the feature of Copilot within the cloud flows. This allows the user to create flows which are quick and time effective with the usage of natural language expression.
The Copilot can answer the queries of user regarding the workflows and upon user request it can respond and make changes to the same.
The Microsoft Power Automate have the browser based access which doesn't require any tool installation separately. Whereas for the Uipath, many dependencies are needed for the flows. We need to purchase the separate License for the UiPath but in case of the Power Automate, it comes with the Office 365 making it much more cost effective in terms of usage .

The Microsoft Power Automate platform is well suited in case of creating custom as well as Partial workflows according to the user needs giving the flexibility to have ease in repetitive tasks. One of the disadvantages is that it can bypass security layers easily creating it vulnerable. Plus point - it can be used with the office 365 license only , no additional license needed for creating custom workflows
