Overall Satisfaction with Motive

Motive helps track Vehicle Location, Hours of Service, Vehicle Fault Codes, IFTA Reporting, Security and Claims (Dashcams), and much more. I use Motive everyday to track load statuses, ETAs, vehicle fuel and speed. Motive makes it easy to see all the above in one place.
  • Customer Service is easy to contact and knowledgeable.
  • All in one package, fuel cards are available too!
  • Monitoring service gives insight when vehicles are having maintenance issues.
  • Customer Reps do push to be reviewed
  • Decreased Fuel Costs
  • Improved Safety
  • Affordable!
We have had other Fleet Management platforms reach out and none of them can beat Motive's price and support offered.
I have experienced a few outages but they are usually resolved quickly. Phone lines are always open, there is never a long wait

Every time I have a compliance question or a system issue, I can call in to Motive Support Staff and have my issue resolved quickly. Staff is supportive and helpful in every situation I have needed.
