Overall Satisfaction with Motive

Trucking companies per FMCSA need a e log to ensure drivers follow rules and regulations as it relates to drive time when operating the truck. Keep Motive assist in the following areas. For monitoring log and drive time of drivers for FMCSA compliance purposes. For getting total miles driven by truck for IFTA purposes. For searching available loads and reaching out to brokers to book loads
  • Monitoring drivers drive time
  • Total trip time for IFTA
  • Connecting to various brokers
  • Load recommendations
  • Log accuracy
  • Communicating with drivers
  • Some functionalities are available for use but not explicitly stated. For example ability to get the trip history per truck is confusing as it doesn’t specify the time( ET or CST), etc
  • Improved safety
  • Ease of producing reports to achieve compliance
  • Tracking made easy
Customer service agent are very efficient and quick to pick calls but some are not very knowledgeable and you have to explain multiple times before you get issues resolved or reach out to someone else. Also sometimes to get to a particular department the press key button doesn’t work, so you have to say the number to get connected
It’s easy to use, great internet and simple to navigate around
It’s rarely out of service and when it is there is prompt communication from KeepMotive
