The Okta Identity Cloud

It has allowed for our enterprise architecture and business application ecosystem to become a clear and visible value-add for business operations around the world. Having The Okta Identity Cloud has allowed for centralized administration of identity and access management, thus lowering regional requirements for data protection, user management, and decentralized business app access and administration and allowed for all of these functions to be brought into a centrally controlled functionality overseen by headquarters.

The Okta Identity Cloud's reliability has been put to the test company-wide since it was first adopted. From personal experience, they live up to that 99.99% uptime promise. At times when other services (i.e. Microsoft Azure) are down (multiple times throughout the year), The Okta Identity Cloud has remained reliable and available all year long.

My organization has never had an outage on Okta. As such, I think it speaks highly to the uptime provided because our organization has never been negatively impacted by an outage caused by Okta's operations. I would endorse their uptime as a result of this positive experience at my organization.

This is true, when it comes to uptime for users, this tool has not disappointed us. This has surely reduced nor created any tickets for our IT support related to sign on. The mobile version of The Okta Identity Cloud often creates problems, otherwise the desktop version has always been up for us with no problem.

The reliability of Okta has definitely made it easier to access our applications quicker and make our lives simplified in a very hectic environment and with customers needing support for their products, having access to our resources makes it that much easier to support our customers and make their lives simpler.

Since we have been using The Okta Identity Cloud, I have not personally experienced any down time of the service. With that, I would say The Okta Identity Cloud is upholding their promises of 99.99% uptime as we have had no down time impact to date, that I am aware of.

We have never run into an issue where Okta has prevented us from accessing business critical applications. As we are a fast paced business with a sales team spread out across the US and Canada, this is of the most importance to us, and Okta has continued to deliver the kind of performance required.

Yes we have observability setup internally too and it meets 99% uptime criteria 99% of the time so its highly available solution and hardly created any impact to our employees and Customers.

Any issues I've had with Okta are very few and far between- the service is reliable and functional.

It has not impacted our quality of service in Finance significantly, which is for this kind of tool a good thing.

We need our environment up and running all the time and Okta Identity Cloud delivers that.

In the almost 3 years I have been a customer of The Okta Identity Cloud, we have not experienced any situations where their services were unavailable and caused our customer base to be locked out of critical applications. We are a global organization that operate in just about every time zone which makes me even more confident in this assessment. This close to 5 9's of uptime has given us the confidence to use The Okta Identity Cloud to manage applications most critical to the organization.

With such high update came a high confiability in Okta service. Our campany can trust Okta and know they will be there when we need. They are so stable that most of our issues are caused by the SaaS itself than Okta.

Dealing with customers looking for group inquiry was never easy. Imagined if we are not using the Okta Identity Cloud, I don't know really what will happen and I don't want to experience that one. Because of Okta, we are able to book group reservations, every needs and wants of every customer we encounter, hitting the monthly targets so as the annual target, boosting our confidence to book more, looking for another family for our growing teams, it actually connects all because of the Okta. The accuracy it provides makes us work more confidently resulting to a greatly satisfied customers who recommends our services to others.

The Okta Identity Cloud reliability is a very attractive component to the product and service that we considered when deciding which product to onboard. It allows our team to operate smoothly without disruptions or preventing access to certain applications. Our employees are happy with the product and service and do not need to worry about downtime.

I have not experienced any downtime or delays.

I have used Okta to log in globally without any fuss or hiccups in service. This summer, I worked remotely in Europe and was still able to push sign-in from my phone in airplane mode. Really love that nothing changed and I wasn’t limited access while abroad, and have found that to be the same in different US timezones and outside office hours as well.

okta has been rock solid and seems to be up and just work

To date, I have never had to waste time and contact technical support because Okta was not functioning properly or I was unable to get into my Okta account, which makes me feel confident in the service. From what I know, my coworkers have had a similar experience and trust Okta.

It never went down that I ever noticed (except when I made an error). I misconfigured an API and it caused ONE platform to not work. But then I used the break the glass account and it fixed it with a few things.
