The Okta Identity Cloud helps our organization remain secure by verifying the identiy of users accessing sensitive company information. Multi-factor authentication via push notification, token entry, and text message are convenient for us end users but still keep our environment secure. The Okta Identity Cloud has integrated well within our existing infrastructure to also minimize IT Help Desk impact by automating password resets in certain cases.

It is imperative to the information security that we use the identity manager and single sign on features with multi-factor authentication. This is now a question that we ask all potential SaaS applications before entering into contracts with them, as SSO is an important part of our IT strategy.

Since we have been using The Okta Identity Cloud, I have not personally experienced any down time of the service. With that, I would say The Okta Identity Cloud is upholding their promises of 99.99% uptime as we have had no down time impact to date, that I am aware of.

Cisco Secure Access

They were very similar in scope and application. Our IT team made the final call in moving forward with The Okta Identity Cloud as I believe the integration with The Okta Identity Cloud was more aligned with our current systems in place as well as our future systems roadmap. Thinking with integration in mind has been key to optimizing our relationship with The Okta Identity Cloud.
