Confirmit is a versatile tool that is widely used across different departments within organizations. Users have found it to be a simple and easy-to-learn solution, even for those who are not computer professionals. The software is primarily used for survey programming, both for client-related surveys and internal ones. It allows for the creation of complex survey designs and facilitates reporting and analysis with its Reportal module. Confirmit has proven extremely helpful in running quick analyses on the fly and digging deeper into the data. It also streamlines programming and allows for customization, enabling the creation of surveys that meet customer requirements and increase productivity.

Despite its many benefits, some users have experienced bugs and glitches within the software, leading to missing data and potential problems with customers or financial losses. Additionally, there have been instances where departments have transitioned away from using Confirmit due to its high pricing model. Product, as the interface is GUI enabled and the new survey designer is very user friendly. Its a online tool and hence is very convenient to manage the projects on any devices. For reports and dashboard, Studio is very useful and a good tool. Sampling & mailouts can be done through same tool. These were few of the things which popped up in my mind.

There are several new enhancements and features being added to the product on a regular basis, whether its new reporting tools, survey question types or something else, the products are always improving. They are also proactive when it comes to communicating issues, platform changes, downtimes (rare) which I have not seen from other vendors too often. Aside from the product which just works, the support team has to be one of their best assets in my opinion. Their support team know the product inside and out and can provide some creative solutions to achieve your goals. They are always available and offer 24x7 services for free which in many other companies is only available as an add-on cost for premium support.

Forsta has a strong product functionality and performance. Integration capabilities are fantastic and it has strong customer focus. Pre-existing relationships also helped in cracking this deal. People at Forsta are helpful and customer centric. Although cost is not highly competitive but it comes close to value for money. Competitors have quite a few functionalities but there are additional charges levied for them.

Forsta streamlines programming. I can always offer precisely what the client needs since I can design and customise in XML. We are developing various surveys for our consumers and providing excellent leads for the company. We can create surveys more quickly, accurately, and reliably. We can develop the exact version of what the customer has planned, which increases productivity and gives a great impression.

We can easily design a survey using Forsta. The user interface is simple to grasp. ConfirmIT's extensive data gathering procedures enable us to gather the largest number of respondents and relevant findings. It also supports all devices, which is an added bonus. It does not take long for new users to become productive on this.

Forsta, formally FocusVision, is a data collection platform that competes with SurveyMonkey and Qualtrics. I feel Forsta sits right in the middle of those three platforms because its FAR more advanced than SurveyMonkey but not quite as user friendly as Qualtics. However, the price and long term costs of Forsta is much less costly than Qualtrics. Forsta also has a great Managed Serviced division if you need sample to fill your projects

If youre a market researcher on a bit of budget, this platform is professional without breaking the budget. You can also have multiple user seats for a license for not that much more as compared to other platforms. Forsta covers most of the professional needs agencies and brands will need for their data collection.

I think that Forsta is the right platform for companies that have professional data collection needs and not an unlimited budget. In addition, the managed services that Forsta provides seems superior to the other platforms. Customer service is lean but if you are using basic questions you should be able to figure it out.
