  • All of the email campaigns are quickly delivered and with a comparatively lower bounce rate.
  • Sendinblue has a robust automation mechanism which prove to be quite efficient.
  • Really reasonably priced, the very reason which made me move from Mailchimp.
  • The number of integrations is limited, even though one can connect to a number of apps but the suite can be much bigger.
  • Intermittent hang-ups, though it's rare but on occasions I had my campaign manager freeze up while browsing through.
  • For the price the SaaS is available for, it has no other major improvements that are needed. Maybe smarter AI, which I am certain will happen in due course.

  • not easy to move/duplicate sections. much easier to just drag and drop. still working this out.
  • don't like the logo or text included with the newsletter sign up form. have now upgraded, but think this should not be included for lower pricing plans
  • not getting issues completely answered by support team. currently have an issue with email sign up not working on mobile. have been told it is not working, but not given any suggestions on how to fix this.
  • have had unusual issue come up with a link. On 2 separate occasions, with 2 separate newsletters that went out, and 2 different images/articles/links, the link was wrong. Even though we checked it, previewed it and sent test email before we sent out these newsletters and these links were correct. It is the section at the bottom of our current newsletter. On both these occasions, when the customer has forwarded the email they received to us, the link was was to an old link - and it was the same old link on both occasions. We have asked for this to be looked into and are waiting on reply. We are going to try to delete this section this week and re-create. It is not a good look for us.
  • We have another issue with how our newsletter is previewing in Outlook. The images and the text are not lining up - not on every section, but on 2 sections out of the 5 sections. Also, the Read Full Article text in the button is not showing properly. Again, not a professional look for us which we are not happy with.

  • Bug - The search filter is broken
  • Unclear how to reactivate a contact after being flagged as declined
  • These issues have been raised but support provides vanilla solutions and do not address the direct issue
  • The user can not open a link of a contact from the search results in a new tab because it's a javascript button not a link which mean navigation is far slower

  • Sendinblue answers phone calls for technical assistance. I have previously used NGPVan for email marketing, but they would never pick up the phone for customer support and it could literally be a week before I had an answer.
  • Their drag and drop is super easy to use to compose an email campaign.
  • Signing up was a snap. I was using it within minutes.
  • I haven't had any big challenges so far, and I haven't found it hard to use.

  • When creating an account, tell the user how long and what is needed for account verification to avoid surprise account bans.
  • Redesign areas of the software to make it more fluid like the Wix interface who have a slick, modern UI UX experience.
  • When creating a website on Sendinblue, allow users to change the background colour of buttons independently, and manually, to the colour of the text on the button.

  • Easy to use editor with mobile responsiveness and setup of "sections" you can reuse.
  • Great tutorials in the Sendinblue Academy.
  • Forms from Sendinblue were hard to implement with great design into my WordPress site. But the Plugin did all I needed.
  • Missing signup for customers on my Payhip shop. As both are GDPR compliant companies specifically targeting German/EU companies, this would be awesome.

  • Ease of creation of new emails with well made templates
  • Very efficient email builder that let you customize emails in no time
  • Scheduling of emails (with a great function letting Sendinblue determine the best time to send emails according to the recipients but only in the pro version)
  • The graphic representation of results (opens and clicks) over time is only available in the pro version
  • The panel admin is sometimes a bit confusing and could be improved (many different pages show the stats but in a different way). That's not a major problem though.
  • The free version is limited to the sending of 300 emails per day(fair enough) but the pro plans can quickly become quite expensive
