  • Sendinblue does not require any type of installation, so it can be used directly from the web making the work much more ergonomic and achieving greater interactivity with emails, in fact the number of contacts with which the platform lets us work is completely unlimited and can reach thousands of people if you have purchased the right plan.
  • Depending on whether the paid version of the platform has not been purchased, it offers a reach of up to 300 emails per day completely free of charge to create really small campaigns, which serve as an excellent sample of everything the platform offers in terms of marketing generation.
  • After establishing the objective of the marketing campaign, depending on the scope that the plan offers (since in any case if you are going to work with larger campaigns it would be ideal to have one of the more advanced plans, which focus more on the number of people that could be gathered in a single mailing list), it is possible to create comparative reports between the results of previous campaigns, to ensure that the results are being as optimal as possible.
  • Sendinblue offers a quite advanced level management by its remote support team, which helped us to solve all the existing doubts regarding our dynamic content application capabilities within the platform, and that we can now exploit much more thanks to our contact with them.
  • Using Sendinblue for the programming and previous edition of emails has been very positive, mainly because it is the method with which we are better oriented in terms of the level of communication we maintain with customers, thanks to its reporting system that evaluates very often the quality of each interaction we have with them, thus enriching our models for future campaigns.
  • Sendinblue does not have search marketing features for search through website customers, which means that it is not good for tracking depending on the activity of our customers.
  • Something very bad about Sendinblue is that it allows to communicate with customers only through emails, without offering any possibilities to automate and synchronize interactions through text messages, phone calls and even with smart messages that serve mostly for time saving by the user, as it happens to be in some similar services, which means that Sendinblue is maybe one of the mail marketing services with less multi-channel capabilities.
  • It also does not automate much the synchronization functions with sales software which other services like mailjet, as they do not fully cover the need to do integrated email marketing campaigns once you are working with Sendinblue through its mailjet integration, and the sending data is not updated, so it is not possible to review the progress of the campaign from this platform.

  • Sendinblue's customer evaluation system is perhaps the most important point offered by the platform, since it serves to create delimitations regarding the type of customer that we plan to get for the company, and that can meet the payments corresponding to our work methodology. In other words, it can be moldable and adaptable to our sales style.
  • Sendinblue allows us to handle not only emails, but also several types of messages as an autoresponder once customers have contacted us, where we announce that the information has been properly received and that we will soon review the information and contact them directly, allowing them to become familiar with the company even during waiting times.
  • We have our own image library, where we can access different types of images depending on what we need for our specific campaign, or in any case, if we have already added an image to the Sendinblue platform that was not there by default, it is possible to access it again from the library.
  • The best thing about the support assistance offered by Sendinblue is that it is possible to receive answers from them at any time during the average working hours, in which we can receive Sendinblue usage data regarding doubts or conflicts we have at a technical level when developing some platform mechanics, and which have been easy to solve.
  • We are pleased with the fact that Sendinblue is such a good software for executing marketing plans. Sendinblue has managed to adapt to our needs as marketers by adapting to all the customer evaluation and follow-up operations we require in order to maintain an acceptable level of sales, and it's all thanks to the practicality of working within the platform.
  • We have not achieved the same quality of follow-up through our social networks as we have been able to do with emails, which presents a clear limitation in the development of social media, since social networks have become a very important point on which to focus effort since the last decade, and where there are difficulties in collecting feedback information and data from prospective customers.
  • There are several plug-ins that have been tested in conjunction with Sendinblue for the improvement of our online store with CMS tools in between, but the results were not satisfactory because most of them caused slowness when integrating, and because in some special cases, like Wordpress with Sendinblue, the Wordpress platform does not adapt to the analytics collection formats we want to apply for Sendinblue.
  • Like many platforms purely oriented to the development of email marketing, Sendinblue does not provide a good integration to platforms oriented to the execution of seminars and conferences, whose possibilities could greatly increase our communicational capacity regardless of the number of people we want to reach.

  • All of the email campaigns are quickly delivered and with a comparatively lower bounce rate.
  • Sendinblue has a robust automation mechanism which prove to be quite efficient.
  • Really reasonably priced, the very reason which made me move from Mailchimp.
  • The number of integrations is limited, even though one can connect to a number of apps but the suite can be much bigger.
  • Intermittent hang-ups, though it's rare but on occasions I had my campaign manager freeze up while browsing through.
  • For the price the SaaS is available for, it has no other major improvements that are needed. Maybe smarter AI, which I am certain will happen in due course.

  • The pricing is so cheap compared to other platforms that are out there.

  • It is very user friendly, does not require lots of onboarding to be able to use.
  • The automation tool is particularly great and also easy to use.
  • It's great for building lead lists for cold prospecting campaigns.
  • Customer support is not the greatest when having issues if you are not a subscribed member.
  • There seems to be an inconsistency in performance when sending out blasts, some will do really well and others will do significantly poorly for no reason.
  • Accounts get shut down randomly and data losses occur.

  • We purchased a plan and a paid dedicated IP (so that we can send more than 40 emails an hour). Configured a subdomain as required by them. After all this, we find out that the links to view the email (in a browser) which are generated by their system do not work. Support made the page work by installing a Let's Encrypt certificate but for the images (which they render on img subdomain for an unknown reason), they expect us to pay and extra 108€/year. Given this is a basic feature, there should be no hidden costs. I find this unacceptable. - Update 11 Nov 2020 - issue resolved to our satisfaction
  • Transaction email API - 524 Origin Time-out sometimes, retries don't help

  • It lets you send to multiple people at once.

  • It has a great array of stats given. It will tell you how many open the emails, unsubscribe, and even what links they click. These are all easily found and are useful in changing marketing strategies.
  • It's very user-friendly. SendinBlue was the first email list product I used and it was very easy to get it set up and start a campaign.
  • SendinBlue also has a very good pricing structure. Our company was able to use the free tier for a while before upgrading. This makes it easy for smaller businesses to make use of email marketing without requiring a lot of upfront costs.
  • The customer support could use some improvement. When our company moved to SendinBlue, we already had a large email list to import. SendinBlue had to verify the list to ensure it was legitimate which is fine, but we received no email notification of needing verification and I didn't know until I tried sending an email. Everything up to that point indicated that the account was fine.
  • The email design feature could also use some work. It's fairly simple in it what it offers and I would have liked to see more content features. It would also be nice if they added a feature to preview the email on a mobile device.

  • Real easy subscription and newsletter system. No coding required.

  • Lowest price tier is too expensive for light users. We have to use the credit system and thus to separate the personal and the newsletter accounts and that is inconvenient.

  • List migration and verification: high level of scrutiny on your email list import before your first campaign launch. See this as a benefit to your deliverability as junk senders will be eliminated.
  • Templates and Builder: very clean and easy to use builder allowing even a novice to produce great looking emails. Not a lot of fluff and useless elements, only the stuff you need to get information and effective CTA prompts to your valued customers/clients.
  • SMS and SMTP: all under one program allowing for the integration of email marketing and text marketing without having to sync multiple programs.
  • Excellent Support: without a doubt they are the leader in support and you are made to feel like a top customer no matter the volume of emails.
  • Pricing: well, take a look and you will be hard pressed to find a better deal for the quality and volume.
  • Template updates: I would like to see them rotate or add a few template options for seasonal celebrations. For some of my users, they work off of templates and it would be nice to get a few new options from time to time. But this is not a big deal or deal breaker. They offer enough standard.
  • Video tutorials: not a huge thing, but for visual learners, a few video tutorials would be helpful when onboarding new users.

  • Very easy to use, with a very intuitive interface.
  • Works perfectly with the HTML code. No layout changes.
  • Great professional results. In a few minutes, you can assemble an email marketing campaign. Even if you have a free account.
  • In the beginning, I had to enter with more than 10 contacts to validate the free account. I wanted to try the software before using with my client. That was a bit tricky.
  • It would be great to make any last changes on the layout panel, before sending.
