Overall Satisfaction with Brevo
In my organization, we use Brevo to maintain contact with users who interact with our website, mainly. Our automated account contains workflows that ensure daily delivery to the contacts of the databases that we obtain thanks to the interactions of said users. We also have an account where we manually create campaigns, which are sent taking into account the user experience, since we do not want to overwhelm their inbox. For my organization, the user comes first and in that sense, Brevo has turned out to be a great tool.

- When creating a template, I would like to download a PDF version of the mobile view.
- I couldn't change the font color of the user's mail in the unsubscribe section in the footer. When sending tests from the campaign, the user's email appeared in white (the background color of our footer is blue), but once the campaign was sent, the color of that email remained blue and was camouflaged with the color of the footer. I couldn't find a way to solve it. The solution was to eliminate the user's mail from the footer.
