Overall Satisfaction with Brevo
We mainly use Brevo for Email Campaigns to a engaged
database. The ability to create Lists,
segment the database to the nth degree, organise and review contacts is
excellent.
The reporting data from an email send out is
exceptional. The drill down detail is
second to none, giving both an easy to read, quick overview and complex metrics
that allow for a deep dive into the stats.
In future, we may be interested in utilising additional elements
available such as Conversations. Another
benefit with Brevo is that you can select and pay for only those parts that are
useful for your business, making it more cost effective and without being
saddled with additional add ons that are of no benefit.
Interface wise, the app is easy to use with a low learning
curve (particularly if you have had previous experience with, and in comparison
to, other CRM or mail out systems).
In terms of cons, some functions could be
labelled to make their purpose clearer and it may be better to have the option
to add on other elements when selecting the different plans, so that one
payment is made for all other elements you wish to use.
