We started using Brevo after other CRMs, we found Brevo really complete, including a lot of marketing features that add a lot of value. Especially I love the Conversation, that enable real time website visitors monitoring and chat.
The adoption is smooth, even if some features are not immediately clear and users may need to reach the customer support to clarify how to set up it.
