Overall Satisfaction with Brevo
I just moved over to Brevo in the last month or so and have needed to contact them a few times for assistance. EVERY time, they respond quickly, have the knowledge to help me and keep me updated until everything is working as it should. Their assistance has made switching from another provider stress free and enjoyable. Highly recommend!
- When I sent my first campaign, my account was flagged, as it was the first time I had sent to some subscribers in quite a while. George helped me quickly and was very knowledgeable on what needed to be done.
- Small questions about how to do certain things, as I did not have experience with them. Very patient and friendly. Helped me understand and work through to find solutions.
- I wish you were able to work with Justuno.
- I am able to keep and send to a much larger audience for about 1/2 of what I paid a previous provider. This is great, as I am a small business and was constrained by costs before, so was not able to utilize my complete lists.
