Overall Satisfaction with Brevo

I use Brevo as my email service. For my emails to be received I had to add DKim and DMarc information to my DNS records which was very confusing and I had no knowledge of how to do it.

George S. of Brevo support was very patient with me had me send screenshots of my records and told me exactly what to do step by step. George S. was a true professional and knew exactly how to help me. I appreciate the Brevo Support I received for this very stressful, yet necessary exercise to make my emails compliant with today's rules and regulations. I was with Constant Contact for many years and when I compare Brevo to Constant Contact, Brevo wins. I left Constant Contact because although I had been with them for over 10 years they showed they didn't care about my needs and had no appreciation for my customer loyalty. The recent support I received from Brevo impressed me and assured me that my decision to leave Constant Contact and join Brevo was the right choice and decision.
