Overall Satisfaction with Brevo
Customer Comminication - Mailout of promotion flyers to subscribed customers. Keeps them up to date with current promotions and acts as a reminder of our product and service and prompt to order.
Postal flyers are still used however becoming costly and not viewed as environmentley friendly.

- Replicates what I was able to do using Mailchimp
- Value for money
- ease of use.
- only allows one contact across all groups, cannot repeat the same contact in mutiple groups.
- have trouble locating block templates and finding them. not visible under the Templates directory. Have to navigate to find them
- Mailouts - Have set up and receiving email as a redirection however still receive emails to my to my primary address.
- Too early to tell
- As a few communication tools are used is difucult to quantify the impact Brevo is having alone. Click rates are 15% to 20% with we are happy with.
- It is a necessity to have this tool and will become more important as we potentially phase outthe postal method.
