Trello is free-forever. They mean it.
Trello is being used to manage the series of events we put on. We have boards that manage our marketing, operations, team culture, sponsors, and general business. The program is being used by our management team, but it's audited at the board level.
Slack helps us stay on track with our projects and make sure that things don't fall through the cracks. The problem that we used to have was it was very difficult to hold people accountable for tasks. Now, the boards are available to everyone and there's accountability for all to keep it up to date.

The security that Trello has given us for the department has been excellent, it has allowed us all to have access to the knowledge of the projects. Today we can move forward thanks to Trello, which in turn provides us with an interface where intuition is fully present. I like to use Trello; it has changed the perspective of things.

Trello - Freeform Masterpiece
We use Trello across our organization and with client- and supported-organizations. The ability to share Trello boards enables collaboration and management without the confines of more limited solutions, which in turn encourages more effective sharing of content and concepts. Trello enables us to collaborate on virtual boards that organize ideas, collect comments and store assets and links that are essential to website design, social media management, campaign planning and project tracking.
We used Trello in our marketing department and collaborated with the design and content teams. It helped us set tasks and assign them to appropriate team members. We used labels and integration with Dropbox a lot, as we were dealing with different projects and design files. It was a great experience to use Trello, as it helped us to be more organized and achieve our daily goals for our department. I also used Trello's mobile app which was very convenient.

Trello is being used across a number of departments in our organization to keep track of deadlines and to-do lists for project work. It is also a means of requesting new features in our database with our tech guy. It allows us the fluidity of project management needed in a start up while also allowing others to see which projects we are up to for our project management.
Trello is used by all our team members in our company. It's a great tool that helps us organize not just the tasks that need to be completed, but also product roadmap, ideas, and others. It's visual appearance and boards help us see the big picture and understand where we are in terms of product development, bug fixing, marketing, administrative tasks, etc.

Trello - The Top Dog in Productivity Apps
I use Trello in a number of ways in the business. From helping manage my personal tasks to managing the sales pipeline and project management. I use it via the app as a brain dump to get ideas out of my head into a list which I then organise via the cards into their priorities. Saves me having to juggle stuff in my head knowing its in there.

"You can't beat simplicity and reliability."
In our company, we primarily used Trello for two different departments: our Brand Development/PR department and our technology department. For Brand Development, we were able to set up boards to help track metrics that essentially our project management tools weren't quite correctly equipped for. Certain opportunities would arise from several different ongoing activities, and it was a seamless visual way to our team to keep track. They were able to, at a glance, instantly see which are the more fruitful activities and allowed them to shift focus to that area.
For our tech department, we used it to collaborate with several different members of our team both in and out of house. The collective feature of the board allowed us to work on projects in sprints. Individuals were able to easily drag and drop items that did not get completed into the next list.
Overall, for a company of creatives this is an amazing visual tool.

Agile All The Way Down
Trello makes it easier for Agile teams to keep track of what everyone is working on with minimal administrative overhead. The simple, manoeuvrable base interface is one of Trello's greatest strengths - in the past, a pain point when tracking project status during standups was the drudgery associated with updating Kanban and Sprint boards on clunkier interfaces like a physical whiteboard or JIRA boards. JIRA allows for greater abstraction of complex tasks and larger organisations, but oftentimes what is needed is simply something lightweight that does not feel like a chore to update. Trello also makes it easy to set up custom workflows for different teams by editing the lists on a board. If you work in a team of 5-10 people and want to trim the fat in your Agile ceremonies, Trello is definitely a tool to consider. The Trello user interface is extremely smooth and responsive, which can reduce the drag when collaborating with teammembers.

Trello tops for workflow
Trello is a great way to track workflows across numerous projects. It is currently being used by multiple departments and is helping us reduce the use of email. By creating templates for similar projects, it also makes it easy to kick start a project and great to add to the templates when something comes up in a new project that you hadn't thought of before.

Great way to stay organized and collaborate
A more organized process for projects I already manage, and a place to capture tasks as they happen on new projects I'm working on. The biggest benefit is because it is so fluid I can use it to track anything I need to track.I love Trello. I use it every day for managing big projects that last over several months, to team efforts supporting conferences, to my everyday tasks.

It is being used across the whole organization. We use it for everything from product management, focus groups, content marketing, onboarding and sales pipelines.
The best part about Trello is that it allows you to grow into their paid version. Their freemium is so powerful yet as the organization grows there are things you need to upgrade to but it's not until your organization is at that stage meaning its ROI is positive.

Easily fits into my workflow
Trello is used across my company to assist with project and task management. It helps us make requests from other departments, organize our to-dos, and manage larger-scale projects.
I use Trello as part of my team to communicate, post leads and track previous work completed. It's easy to review and check to see if I've already submitted a lead before. Also, I like how I receive an email if I'm away from my desk if a team member has asked a question or given me a new task to perform.

We use Trello as a way to communicate, update and collaborate on internal projects and with our clients. We use cards to explain the project that we are working on, the attachments section is helpful and I love the checklist option as well.

Trello Makes Project Management Simple
We use Trello to manage various different projects on behalf of our company and our clients. Our entire team uses it; it helps us keep track of where we are with each project and share content/resources despite all of us working from different locations. I love that we can set up a board for each client, and then within that board we can have different lists and cards to separate the individual pieces we're working on. I couldn't imagine managing some of our various projects without it!

Trello Runs Our Creative Team
We use Trello in my creative group to help keep our projects organized and assigned. We prefer our project management process to be less data-slave oriented and more flexible, so it works well for us to know who is responsible for what and more without spending a ton of time detailing it all out. Our expectations for our team is based on a trust of their ability and desire to get the job done, and Trello is not meant to keep them honest, but keep everyone aware of the overall department's work.

In my company we use Trello as a project management tool as well as a single source of information on our projects. We work together with several people all over the world. Trello makes it easy for us to collaborate together, notify each other, and keep all the files in order.
Trello is being used at a personal level only. The enterprise tools provided are inflexible and are not well integrated. Trello provides a way to manage personal tasks over and above the tools provided by the organization. I have demonstrated Trello's features and benefits to a number of groups within the organization, but commitment to existing vendors is strong and hard to shift.

We also use Trello to track open items in complex individual work-streams where there are multiple groups involved. Both of these uses allow visibility to the work being performed for resource managers as well as work-stream owners in an Agile-type usage.

An awesome tool that can help you track and manage almost anything
Our entire agency uses Trello in a number of different ways both on a company-wide basis and on a department and team-basis mostly as a project management tool.
Internally, our interactive services team uses Trello as a way of giving the entire company visibility into the projects they are currently working on and where they are at in the creative process. On a client-facing front, our marketing services team uses Trello boards for each client to give them visibility into the deliverables due to them within a time period, who is executing them, when they are due and where they are at in the process.
Ultimately, Trello provided us a free PM tool that gave us an extremely flexible platform to create company, department and client-specific boards that gave everyone involved (including clients) better visibility into what our agency is working on in a less confusing format than other PM tools we've used in the past.
