Overall Satisfaction with Trello

We use Trello to manage various different projects on behalf of our company and our clients. Our entire team uses it; it helps us keep track of where we are with each project and share content/resources despite all of us working from different locations. I love that we can set up a board for each client, and then within that board we can have different lists and cards to separate the individual pieces we're working on. I couldn't imagine managing some of our various projects without it!

  • It would be nice to have a quick and easy option to switch between boards within one "team" instead of needing to click around a few different places.
  • It's reduced the amount of time our team needs to spend sending each other documents and updating each other on various client projects, making us much more efficient and much less confused!
Honestly, I can't think of other similar products we've used; Trello was recommended by a business partner we work with sometimes, and we were so impressed with how easy it was to manage our project with her that we started using it for various other projects, both internally and with clients.
For simple projects, Trello isn't really necessary, but it's a fantastic tool for keeping track of projects that have multiple team members contributing. By setting up a Team for a project and then Boards, Lists and Cards within that team, you can keep each other updated on progress, share resources, etc.
