In terms of performance, WordPress VIP definitely knows what they're doing. As every WordPress developer knows, performance has become a huge deal in the last few years, with every client wanting to get a 100 score. Since we started hosting with WordPress VIP, we significantly reduced the number of hours spent on optimizing performance, which led to higher profits.

I cannot compare as I have not worked with other solutions so far, but I think I would not need to. In the agency, we can hold the service to our clients in different scenarios without many issues, all systems have problems, but performance is not one of them. I would say WordPress VIP is up to what they claim in terms of performance.

One of the starkest aspects of using WordPress VIP is how the performance appears seamless despite often extremely high volume content and complexity. Again, any issues and one doesn't have to worry about the quality of the support and software, which should go without saying, but it does rank highly on performance, in my opinion.

WPVIP performance compared to other WordPress hosting options, and non-specific platform hosting companies is impressive. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend speaking with WPVIP to any company which is considering switching to WordPress CMS or is having reliability or service support issues with their current provider.

We can agree wholeheartedly with this statement. We have seen shared a breath of relief with our clients who have moved to WordPress VIP because they have been able to see their site scale effortlessly, and without any hiccups along the way. Even in periods of high traffic which has reduced stress for all involved.

In general, this has worked out for us very well. We had implemented a new plugin that we didn't realize bypassed some of the caching mechanisms in place. That compounded with a surge in traffic to our site caused an outage due to scalability issues. This was mostly our own fault for installing a non-standard plugin, but it was unexpected to cause an outage. WordPress VIP did help figure out what we needed to do to resolve the issue from happening again.
