Workvivo is my bestest friend. This application always keeps me engaged as this internal communication has the latest information regarding the Employee spotlights, promotions, hot jobs, shout-outs, gym sign-ups, yoga sign-ups, and more interestingly, it has my favourite three spaces: Pets, Recipe swap and cooking and Gamers club. I have made Connections with the employees who are not only from my Distribution centre but also from Delta, Sumner, Milton, and Groveport. My achievements this year: Highlighted on Workvivo and received the employee spotlight, won the badges like Connection, Trailblazer, Helper, Motivator, and IWD Badge. All I want to say is I am just in love with it. Love you, Workvivo. You successfully became part of my leisure time. Yaaayyyyy!!!

Workvivo provided us a platform to get together, plan things, conduct activities & programs, express feelings & gratitude on occasions and many more things. PSAS is the best tool Workvivo ever provides. We can connect, share & engage with our colleagues, run trends, appreciate works, provide & get recognition & lot more things. It kept us connected & always made us feel that we are friends and not just co-workers. Like the innovations that are put forward & awaiting a lot more - good updates in future.
  • Workvivo is used as a platform to bind together all the people from particular groups whether it be on basis of team or process.
  • PSAS connect from Workvivo is favorite & used as internal social media platform to engage & share things with colleagues cum friends.
  • Programs can be conducted on various occasions like Independence day, republic day, festivals like Diwali, Holi, etc., trends can be passed supporting great causes like helping hands, empowering women, educating children, supporting the poor, etc.
  • Workvivo must be made available to a user even if he has changed teams or is out of scope of the teams using it.
  • The User Interface on PSAS can be made more attractive and user-friendly.
  • Updates/reminders must be shared over mail frequently so that people won't miss important things from Workvivo.

The trainer was effectively delivering the training, but there were some points the trainer himself was not clear with. This impacted doubt clearing.
All the things were explained in an effective way. Easy to understand the tools, features, their use, implementation. Monitoring & support wherever required. Feedback was recorded & improvements were done wherever required to improve the coaching experience. Knowledge checks were taken to understand understanding levels. Overall experience was very well with the training.
It was bit difficult to learn on my own, but that was the best way. Self-learning is always a best practice.
The configurability is limited, it would be better if we get more tools to customize our experience.
The available resources seem little complex, simplifying them will really be great.
