Overall Satisfaction with 10000ft
We used it to see and plan employee utilization across projects for up to 20 employees at once, including freelancers. I authorized the purchase for our head manager, and also accessed views myself on occasion. Primarily the advantage for me as an exec was that through this software I can get that high-level glance of projects and resources and understand overall what the availability and use is across all our personnel. If I wanted to view invoicing specifics through it, I could, though I don't use it for that very often. I hear great things from my team regarding its benefits for them in terms of integrating their own calendars and planning within it.

- They liked that it reflects changes immediately (or nearly immediately)
- There are complaints about lag with the latest update
- The hover functionality is a bit clunky
- Not very complex in terms of how it inputs other data (Spreadsheets, etc.)
- Better at adjusting budgets in real-time
- Gets us away from complex spreadsheets like Excel and Sheets
- Feels like we have been a bit more scalable in our approach thanks to this software
