Overall Satisfaction with Network for Good
Our non-profit has not adopted a donor management system until we discovered Network for Good. We are using it to build our donor base, track all giving, and regularly communicate with our stakeholders. It is being used by the board of directors and our office administrator. We have solved many problems by recording and tracking giving so that it can be disseminated (transparency) to our directors and stakeholders.
- Network for Good provides consistent communication on updates, new features, training, etc.
- Network for Good has a support team that is easily accessible and pleasant to work with.
- Network for Good has developed a system that is easy and self-explanatory.
- I wish that Network for Good communication templates could be integrated with Canva like MailChimp is able to do.
- Communication strategies.
- Multiple methods of communicating with donors.
- Ability to integrate QuickBooks with our donor database.
- We have seen a tremendous positive ROI and donations are regularly coming in.
- Our only struggle has been the inability to integrate Canva into the communication templates.
Our organization did not evaluate or test any other donor management systems so this is a difficult question for us to answer. However, we have been very pleased with the implementation, onboarding, continual training, and use of the Network for Good program. We have been able to identify new donors and re-connect with past and current donors.
