Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 X Series

We use 8x8 to manage all 22 of our employees phone usage for our mental health company. We have 2 hard desk phones and the rest are cell phone/desktop web users.
  • HIPAA Compliant texting
  • voicemail to email transciption
  • Customer support outside of our individual account representative
  • multiple user logins would be nice as well
  • negative impact when we have to uninstall and reinstall
  • Positive impact in messaging clients

Overall 8x8 is a good product. It does seem to do frequent updates. We are very happy with our service representative; however, calling the main customer service line has been problematic. We do go through cycles of missing calls and clients not being able to hear us and then have to uninstall the application and reinstall it to work.
