Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 X Series (Formerly Virtual Office)
Just the basic platform. We don't use or activate anything but the basic VOIP phone
- Always up
- No downtime
- Good range of features
- Support people are hit and miss
- Billing is a joke. Im not a techy person and cant find my billing breakdown without calling
I've shopped others and some are more and some are less. Most have the same features. In our industry, many aren't using 8x8 anymore but I never had a need to change.
