Overall Satisfaction with Absorb LMS

We use Absorb to cover our training needs for employees and customers. Its content creation tools helped us build strong and agile courses and curriculums on topics such as onboarding and product knowledge, which can be easily monitored through their reporting features. The simple interface and features allow users from different departments to understand and develop their different solutions.

The content creation module has helped us significantly in building quick and easy courses that cover some training needs, such as onboarding, and technical training. The content update and changes are also really easy with this module, with the option to either update existing content, duplicate it or start from scratch.
Although our Customer Success Manager, Cody R., is really helpful and always keen to guide us as to how to make the most of the LMS; the ticket support systems sometimes provide simplistic or not helpful answers, and the Knowledge Base could be significantly larger. Also, I don't totally agree that the fixes and improvements are measured through a voting system (The Ideas Portal), instead of focusing on what would be more impactful on the overall use of the LMS

Their Customer Success Program is on point. Our Client Success Manager, Cody R., has been very helpful, makes an effort to understand our business needs, and works hard to come up with solutions or workarounds. Whenever we face a challenge or issue, we know we can come back to him and he will always try to get a solution suitable for us.
