Overall Satisfaction with Actuate

Actuate is being used to understand extracts from current systems. It is used for IT internally only. This tool is also being used for data extractions.

Pros

  • Flexibility of the product
  • Able to make applications do what they need
  • Fairly quick learning scale.

Cons

  • Organizing of the pieces could flow better.
Actuate has a larger learning curve than other products.
At this time there is not a major reason inside the company other than understanding how other products are using it.
What can it do that is better than the rest?
