Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica

We use Acumatica for accounting, order processing, sales and marketing, data analysis and other functions. It helps us to gather all the data we need to make good decisions for our business. It also runs all of our core business functions for daily operations. And it automates many of our daily tasks. It’s the essential foundation of the IT for our business.

It’s improved our ability to reach customers and to track down issues when we have them, particularly with shipping and delivery.
We use the distribution module and it suits this purpose well.
Acumatica is more flexible, easier to customize and easier to work with. The licensing is also much more reasonable and the support is good. Acumatica is clearly native to the cloud, where all the rest are desktop-based and struggle to work on the web well.

The core financial and distribution functionality is well-suited to our business. The CRM functionality integrates with other parts of the software and is big help for our sales teams. The generic inquiry function lets us build analysis tools within Acumatica and pull data into other systems for analysis. And the automation features save us a lot of time.
