Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica
We use Acumatica to link all of our Shopify stores into one system. This has made it easy to see all of the 74 stores in one database instead of individual Shopify stores. This has made fulfillment easier and faster. This also gives us the ability to pull data all in one place and make better decisions across all of our eCommerce stores.

- Refunds with the eCommerce connector have proven difficult as there are so many different types of refund situations.
- Security permissions are also quite robust and every upgrade things change. It make it difficult for a seamless upgrade.
- Maintaining customtizations between upgrades can also be very difficult.
- Integration capability has made it easy to add multiple sales channels saving hundreds of hours of work.
- Creating import scenarios for many screens has saved accounting so much time.
- Variant items are so much easier to creating now with templates.

Acumatica has made it so much easier to ship faster to our clients from the time of import of the sales orders to creating shipments.
We use Acumatica to maintain over 75 Shopify stores. This works well for b2c and b2b alike.
