Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica

We use Acumatica as our main accounting system and also in process of using it for our purchasing to replace internal system. We also use it for our employees to submit expense reports. We also manage our fixed assets and create all of our financial reports using Acumatica. Also use it as our main budgeting tool.

We use it as our accounting system, but it does not really apply to our industry. More used for internal day to day employee management for expenses, tracking our fixed assets, creating internal management reports. We do not have receivables and are cost center for our company so payable is one of our major items.

Creating budgets and interfacing with our internal systems has been great. Giving our leaders the ability to provide feedback on what kind of information they are requesting is a strong point for Acumatica. Once things are set up it can be a self service tool for them to grab whatever information they need.
