Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica

We use Acumatica for everything from Lead to Invoice. The autonomy across departments and paperless processing has been vital for our business. The customization for our needs has been support important and Acumatica has been very easy to customize for our needs. Coating has been super helpful, automation and elimination of extra processes and clicks has improved efficiency.

  • Creating tab paths. I want to pick where I go next after tabbing.
  • Being able to create matrix items on the fly and only the ones needed after we have a sale.
  • Having a better layout and more options available on the dashboard screens.
  • We have transitioned from QuickBooks, Sugar, Salesforce, etc. to 1 system system wide! Which has been great and helped with ROI.
  • We have increased the speed and efficiency of communication by digitizing everything and avoiding paper.
Better communication internally and with customers. Paperless processes. Document recognition and improvement in workflow.
