We use Adobe Acrobat to create manuals, copies of invoices and orders, as well as extracting and higlighting parts of manuals or specifications and How-To's as a means of helping customers. We also use it to create forms and FAQ's for our products which we then publish on our Website.

one of the most improtant factors has to be the widespread use, and acceptance of the PDF standard, and the ability of multiple operating systems and devices compatibility with it. Versions of the Reader is available across the spectrum and therefore I am not limited in who I can send my PDF's to.
