Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat

I use this program to read and edit pdfs with my third party vendors. This allows me to work quickly and efficiently when I’m in my office or traveling for work. Being able to quickly get work done and have all my information in one place is great. Contracts, event prospectus and data sheets are made easier to work with.

I needed something that I could use on my computer and phone. With work travel being on a computer isn’t always easy or a real option. Being able
to work on the go helps to keep me from falling behind when I have tight deadlines.
  • Increased productivity
Being a company that works within the cyber security space we have very high expectations of our people and the tools they use. While not always, there have been times we’ve needed to record payment information in our documents. Knowing that information is safe helps us focus on our work vs worrying about our information.
With Preview I have to create my own text boxes and place them in the correct spot within the document. This leads to clutter and moving the incorrect boxes. With Adobe Acrobat nothing needs to move as it’s set within the file.

The tool is easy to use and makes documents easier to read and interact with. This keeps the pdf clean so there’s no guesswork with the information like you would have with handwriting. I feel other programs could be better when it comes to picture manipulation.
