Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Sign

  • Getting documents signed
  • Saving documents for reference
  • Storing templates from common document types
  • We use it at the most basic level, but it does what it needs to well enough
  • Shorter time to document signing
  • Faster and more efficient document management
Haven't really had any issues to resolve yet.
Some of the pdf editing features (adding signature lines) can be a little tricky to learn.
Saves documents for you online.

Using Adobe Sign

3 - Sales, admin, and HR functions.
Easy to use, no need for support staff.
  • Collecting signatures from clients
  • Saving signed documents in the cloud

Evaluating Adobe Sign and Competitors

No - None, was using traditional fax and email attachments.

Adobe Sign Implementation

Basic web account with credit card attached.
  • Implemented in-house
We just signed up to give it a test run and it ended up working out so we added users.

Adobe Sign Training

Very easy to learn. The feature set is pretty obvious and intuitive. The workflow is logical.

Adobe Sign Support

Adobe Sign Reliability

Always up when we need it, although it has run slowly on one or two occasions.
It is pretty fast to upload a document and get it out the door.

Integrating Adobe Sign

  • Google docs - I know it has that capability but haven't had time yet.
  • Dropbox - Again, pretty sure they have implemented hooks just haven't gotten around to it.
