Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use Marketo for setting up and analysing email campaigns for surveys, reports, round-tables and webinars. Scope of use involves completely automating the customer journey and email scheduling process. personally there are only two points i feel that needs attention, that would be the speed of the website and programs, which is a highly problematic issue for me and less clarity on failed processes, which makes it difficult to figure out why the particular process failed. It would be helpful if every time an error occurs it is shown why.

The outcome we're hoping for is maximum engagement. The goal is to attain maximum visibility and conversions within the existing clients and hopefully automating the entire process with help of a simpler user experience to minimize manual work and have pre-made data. Marketo helps with the above greatly although addressing the pain points nevertheless would be helpful

Adobe has a clear distinction in the speed in comparision the mention program although that in itself is not enough to be commendable, i personally prefer the customization abilities of marketo but yet again, that in itself can be greatly improved. in comparision with other programs i have used, marketo appears to be the most helpful, but it is not without it's own flaws.

I would highly recommend Marketo but with the warning that it is a less simple software, one would require mandatory training to understand the userflow which in my opinion can be improved greatly and made more user friendly. i would also caution them about the speed which again, is a more important issue than it might seem
