Overall Satisfaction with ADP SmartCompliance

I use ADP SmartCompliance in order to submit wage garnishments and tax notices mostly. I also use it for invoices. Prior to using SmartCompliance this all was done manually and internally by hand.
  • I love that I can submit the garnishments and not have to think about them again.
  • I also love sending the tax notices and having someone with expertise handle it.
  • I would like better searchability in the invoice area. I do not always get results when looking for an old invoice.

Full garnishment and tax assistance is awesome. Very helpful when the alternative is doing it all by hand myself. Having people around that can assist in keeping us in compliance helps tremendously. Having everything in one place is helpful in knowing where to go look for everything. I also like being able to go in and get the reporting for our taxes.
