ADPT is our TPA and pay our payroll taxes and make garnishment payments.

Pros and Cons

Access to set up new tax codes.
Ability to pull tax reports when needed.
Upload agency notices when received.
Pull ADP invoices when requested.

Make is easier to access amendment pkgs when needed.
When a code falls out and it is corrected, have access to remove it from the dashboard if there's not payment history.

ADP has been a great tool for tax payments.
ADP reports are easy to access when balancing.
Being able to enter a payment request manually in ADP smart compliance is easy and has helped to avoid overpayment for supplemental payrolls processed with a duplicate seq number from our payroll software.

Alternatives Considered

ADP Smart Compliance is user friendly and some other software is not user friendly.

ADP is a good system and provides access to you profile to review, make changes directly without the assistance of a rep and I love that part. You can see the changes immediately and know that it' has been taken care of. I like that I am able to access the 941 and any of the annual reports once the quarter/year has closed.
