Overall Satisfaction with ADP SmartCompliance

We use SmartComplinace to stay on top of all ever changing tax accounts from all the states. Between 5 different companies, the data is easy to find, sort and resolve. I love uploading agency notices and get a feedback from the customer service to quickly troubleshoot any issues. Reporting is also extremely streamlined. SOD are easily accessible and you dont need to search through all paper copy to find needed state data.

Wage garnishment
It is very easy to see so many legislative changes happening all over the states and smartcompliance has it all in one place.
It improves efficiency and manual entry hence less mistakes.

I love to see all information in one place and multiple ways to search the data.
Resolving agencies tax notices with the help of ADP compliance personnel has been a very rewarding process.

If you are new to SIT, SUI, PFM , local etc. tax accounts , you will love SmartCompliance and how easy it makes it to navigate. And if you are in need of more understanding, service request staff are there to explain and offer needed advise. It could be scary and overwhelming knowing what do file and where to call as each state is so different. I cannot imagine a better tool to help me stay complaint.

There is a huge improvement in quality of work and clarity that comes from using it, I don't ever see us going back.
