Overall Satisfaction with AdvocateHub

Influitive allows us to give our customers an opportunity to further promote our product other than word of mouth. While our marketing department manages the hub, our entire company is aware of the product as we have set every employee up with an account. This allows them to have an understanding of what they are asking their customers to sign up for and it's benefits. The business problem it addresses is the customer promotion dilemma. By giving our advocates incentives, it becomes a win-win!

  • Introducing advocates to product features they were previously unaware of.
I was not a part of the selection and buying process so I do not know of any competitors or why we chose this product over others but I have to say that I love it.
Personally I would love to renew this but I am not in the position to do so. That is why I gave it a 5, right in the middle, since I am not the decision maker.
A company has to be established for this tool to perform to its fullest, in my opinion. Enough people have to have been using it for a while to want to help you and your company spread it's word. The problem with brand new companies using this tool is that those new users are not even sold on the product and have not had enough time to get a full experience out of it.
