Overall Satisfaction with Allego Sales Enablement Platform

Allego Sales Enablement Platform helps us identify areas for improvement and share our best work with other team members. Identifying challenging objections helps to prepare the team for other similar questions, and gives the team a library of assets to learn from each other and build our expertise in our verticals. 1-1 and peer-to-peer coaching sessions have given me more insight into where to prioritise our focus for learning, and give detailed feedback to team members to improve their conversions.

Pros

  • Highlight reels to quickly highlight similar prospect challenges and objections
  • Search through calls to quickly find similar scenarios
  • Tagged calls to create a best practice library
  • A customer success manager who truly understands the challenges and opportunities for myself and my colleagues

  • As with most transcription services handling UK accents, the accuracy of the call transcripts could be improved
