Overall Satisfaction with Anaplan
Company responds to calls for tender that can include a commercial proposal relating to the maintenance of equipment and systems delivered to its customers. In the case of a maintenance offer won, Company must initially design the associated equipment and maintenance plans, and then perform maintenance. Anaplan application aims at integrating all the functionalities supported by the existing Excel tools and all the functional requirements relating to process of costing, re-evaluation and control of maintenance solution, and thus streamline and optimized these processes.
- Guidance to implement Best practice.
- Provide expert solution to solve bottleneck issue.
- Communicate Product update on timely basis
- Currently freeze whole model when one user run any process. this can be improvise.
- provide more functionality to use concurrent user selection based filter and update data without impacting size.
- NUX bug should be fixed.
- Running process in cloudwork

Change management was a minor issue with the implementation - Easy to manage changes by Revision tag.
