We use it across our whole organization from development to production for tracking product BOMs.
- Documenting and providing a change history

It was highly recommended by a third party as about the only solution to get data out of Agile and into a usable format.
We both learned a lot during the implementation. It took an incredibly long time, but I don't think Arena had ever worked with a company that had so much information to move into the application. In the end, it worked out. Very satisfied with the implementation team.
- Agile CRM and Epicor ERP
Arena is a better bang for the buck. Epicore offers an ERP system that Arena lacks. But I think Arena is great for maintaining BOMs and documentation.
