Overall Satisfaction with Arena
Our operations team uses Arena as a PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) tool. It is our system where we manage our documents, files, parts, suppliers, quality issues, engineering, and manufacturing changes, etc.
- All PLM attributes under one single roof
- Very nice history tracking
- Suppliers are in continuous sync with us once we provide access to them.
- If there is any quality issue, the items/suppliers/documents can be tagged very easily for good visibility.
- Building dashboards, metrics out of the data in Arena can be improved.

There is strong competition between them. Arena needs to improve on dashboards and trends.
