Overall Satisfaction with Avaya Aura

Call center applications are the biggest use.
  • Call routing.
  • Call center data and reporting.
  • The call park feature needs improvement.
  • Sip trunking.
  • Experience platform.
  • Physical endpoints.
  • Helped us with our call centers.
IP office doesn't have the size and redundancy needed for our large call centers.
