we have moved our entire on premise telecom environment to the Avaya Enterprise Cloud and this has been very beneficial for our small telecommunications team as it frees up our team to work on the issues that more directly affect our users and improve their tools and experiences
- Configuring and providing Avaya Workplace for all staff
- back end upgrades and certificates
- excellent customer support and advocacy
- the Admin Portal needs to be improved to be much more robust
- Support Teams need to understand the difference between on premise and in the cloud applications
